By making a Booking Reservation with Perfect Pitch, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account, and you will not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless we agrees or allows otherwise.
Amendments & Cancellation
If you want to review, adjust, or cancel your Trip Reservation, revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please review, adjust, or cancel your booking via your account dashboard. Alternatively, you may call us to make any amendments, for cancellation, refund of payment will only be done over the counter at our school. Currently there are no cancellation fees incurred.
No Show
If you are unable to make it on your booking day last minute, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with us by calling in so we could assist you. Alternatively, please drop us an email at enquire@perfecpitch.sg.
